I love to watch clients get a goal and work hard to reach it. I incorporate various elements of physical fitness into each personal training session, but I also like to be flexible when it comes to a client's wants and needs. I don't believe in "Cookie Cutter" training programs. Your sessions with me will always be unique, and they will require you to work hard while staying safe in a comfortable workout envioronment.

What to do before a Personal Training session

Meet with your trainer to discuss goals and fill out paperwork.

Make sure you stretch!

Make sure you're hydrated!

Eat a very light snack with carbs and protein if you haven't eaten anything for a few hours.

Make sure your clothes and shoes are comfortable. You might consider taking them for a trial beforehand, so you know you like them!

Come healthy! no influence of drugs and/ or alcohol.

What to do after a Personal Training session

Rehydrate!

Stretching after a workout will help with flexibility.

Eat a light snack if you will not be eating a meal for a few hours.

Talk to your trainer about what you liked and what you did not like about your session.

Anticipate soreness the next few days - it is very natural - especially if you're a beginner

Ask your trainer what you can do to alleviate soreness
